Please read these terms carefully before using InfraTrace. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InfraTrace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to free users, Pro subscribers, team administrators, and team members.

2. Service Description

InfraTrace is a web-based infrastructure management platform that provides:

  • Project Management: Create and manage infrastructure projects with statuses and templates
  • Device Management: Track network equipment, servers, and devices with detailed configurations
  • Network Topology: Visualize and document your network infrastructure
  • Equipment Versioning: Track equipment configurations with visual interface, commit history, and rollback capabilities
  • Task Management: Create, assign, and track tasks across your projects
  • Team Collaboration: Manage teams, invite members, and collaborate on projects

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

  • 1 project maximum
  • 3 equipment mappings maximum
  • Access to core features (projects, devices, networks, tasks)

4.2 Pro Plan ($19/month)

The Pro plan includes:

  • Unlimited projects
  • Unlimited equipment mappings
  • Priority support
  • Advanced features (when available)

4.3 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • Payment is processed automatically on your billing date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time (no refunds for partial months)
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create on InfraTrace (projects, devices, networks, tasks, configurations, photos, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content.

6.2 License to Us

By uploading content to InfraTrace, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Make backups for data protection
  • Display your content to team members you've invited

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your content. You must have the necessary rights to upload and share any content on the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by InfraTrace and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Payment fails repeatedly (for Pro subscribers)

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfraTrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Interruption of service or loss of access
  • Errors or inaccuracies in your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Prominent notice on our website
  • In-app notification

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
